Verner Jones Biography

Verner Jones comes from a working-class background and began his career as a carpenter before discovering a passion for photography and television production in his late twenties.
He studied at HTV in Coventry and went on to work as a lighting cameraman, video editor, and independent producer.

It was through writing scripts and voice-overs for television programmes that he discovered a deep enjoyment for writing. Although he completed two books early on, traditional publishing proved elusive, and his writing career was set aside for many years.

Everything changed after completing Mark Dawson’s 101 course, which reignited his ambition and opened the path to successful self-publishing on Amazon.
Today, Verner divides his time between producing independent films, exhibiting his photography, and establishing himself as an independent author of both fiction and non-fiction.
